Rolling
The aim of rolling is to compact the topsoil, break up the lumps and compact the seedbed. Cambridge rollers are used as a one of the pre-sowing operations. Also after sowing, CR are used for soil compacting, surface leveling and most importantly, ensure better moisture conditions for emergence.
