ORION II 180 OL

PLOUGH / SEMI-MOUNTED

ORION II 180 OL is a six to nine shares plough designed using a modular system. The plough's hydraulic system allows ploughing out of the furrow, and thanks to the ingenious frame system it can also be used for ploughing in the furrow. Rotation is ensured by telescopic piston rods. The blade engagement can be adjusted mechanically.

 ORION II 180 are six- to nine-row semi-mounted rotary plows designed for tractors from 180 hp. The plow rotation system consists of piston rods mounted on a rocker mechanism, which rotates the main frame with the plow bodies. During construction, emphasis was placed on quality workmanship in combination with the long service life of all components. The main frame of the plow consists of a high-strength profile of 180 x 180 x 10 mm, which gives the plow rigidity and resistance. We also use the most durable materials for the other parts of the plow, which we refine further in production to achieve a high-quality product with high utility value.

Product description

The machine consists of a high-strength frame, which is equipped with a hydraulically operated mechanism used to adjust the plough for work out of the furrow (on-land). It is therefore designed for tractor driving outside the furrow, which is especially important for tracked tractors or tractors with wide tires. By adjusting the frame, the plow can also be used for plowing in the furrow, so it is universally usable for both types of plowing. ORION II OL is manufactured in the range of 6 to 9 shares with a 6+1, 7+1 or 8+1 frame. This allows the plow to be extended or shortened by one share. The plow can be equipped with 3 types of protection: shear bolt, spring or hydropneumatic mechanism. To accurately maintain the working depth, the plow is equipped with an auxiliary support wheel in the front part, and in the rear part we perform depth regulation on the piston of the travel wheel.

Main advantage of the machine

The plow allows plowing out of the furrow in combination with tractors with an outer axle width of up to 4.6 m. By simply changing the settings, the plow can also be used for plowing in the furrow.
