ORION I 180 models are five- to nine-plough bodied semi-mounted reversible ploughs designed for tractors from 135 hp. The plough rotation system consists of two piston rods mounted on a rocker mechanism that rotates the main frame with the plough bodies.

ORION I 180 models are five- to nine-plough bodied semi-mounted reversible ploughs designed for tractors from 135 hp. The plough rotation system consists of two piston rods mounted on a rocker mechanism that rotates the main frame with the plough bodies. During construction emphasis is placed on quality workmanship combined with long service life of all components. The plough frame is constructed from a high-strength 180 x 180 x 10 mm square steel tube giving the plough stiffness and durability. The most durable materials used in the other parts of the plough are further refined in the production conditions in order to achieve a high quality product with high utility value.

main advantage of the machine

The basic frame of the machine consists of a modular system 6+, which allows you to assemble the machine from 6 blades upwards. The plough can be extended as well as shortened at any time, which is an advantage, for example, when replacing a tractor, as our plough will grow with you.

ORION I 180

The ORION I 180 plough uses a system of two piston rods and a cradle mechanism, which we know from most ploughs of other brands offered on our market. The plough can be assembled in the number of 5 - 9 blades. Here is the great advantage of OPaLL-AGRI semi-mounted ploughs, as you can change the number of coulters at any time. Without great service demands, you can, for example, turn a 6-blade plough into an 8-blade plough and vice versa. The ORION I 180 can also be equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as a traction control system.
